A friend and his wife just returned from a trip around the world as an anniversary present to themselves. The spent three months in Europe (Germany, Austria, Holland and France) In each of those place they saw gentlemen in Kilts. I am sure that they might have seen some of you, they thought that I was kidding in telling them that Kilt wearers are everywhere.

There were also many skirted ladies, of course. Very enjoyable and quite exhausting, encouraged along by Ian Robertson's band.
Sunday was more restful, a day out with a big meal on a canal boat along the Canal du Midi through pleasant countryside and numerous locks.
