G'day all...  Sparked by these interesting Cantle Sporran forum questions......I just bought a pair of sporrans....my first ones actually..One was $38 , the other $22 as it had slight marks as an ex-display one..The sporran is an intriging piece of kit isn't it..So diverse , so many different types but very individual at the same time..I suppose in a way it's a bit like formal or casual kilts too.. You can tell the difference and each has it's purpose but within that they can be quite different..My sporrans are plain simple affairs , no fur or bling as such...apart from the rivets , no metal either..but what's the best way to determine a specific sporran for special use .......is there a formula for that..?... I predominantly use Utility kilts but as I do have a few traditional ones , hence me buying the first sporrans  I've decided to start gathering some more accessories such as flashes, some dressier buckles/belts....proper hose socks  etc... just incase they're needed....Shirts/ jackets are entirely another thing aren't they depending on what and where you're going...?  All very diverse and interesting... Cheers    Rod..(Tasmac)
